House Rules
These House Rules help protect the property, neighbours and guest experience. The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that everyone in the group understands and follows them.

Occupancy
- The maximum occupancy is 8 adults plus 2 children unless the owners approve another arrangement in writing. Only the confirmed guests may stay overnight.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in is from 12:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Times may be flexible depending on other bookings; please confirm arrangements with the hosts before arrival.
Pets
- Dogs and cats are accepted only by prior arrangement with the hosts. Guests are responsible for supervising their animals and for any mess or damage their animals cause.
Fireplace and braai
- Use the fireplace and braai only as instructed. Never leave a fire unattended, keep children and pets supervised, and extinguish fires safely.
Kitchen and property care
- Use appliances responsibly, keep food stored appropriately, and report breakages or faults promptly. Do not remove property items from the premises.
Parking and security
- Park only in the designated area, close gates and doors as instructed, and do not share access details with anyone outside the confirmed group.
